What this site is

An information and enquiry site. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting a form does not create a coaching agreement. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both of us.

Intellectual property

The text, design, frameworks, workbooks and downloadable material on this site belong to Life Extraordinaire (Pty) Ltd or are used with permission. You may read, print and share it for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish it, sell it, or present it as your own.

Accuracy

We keep the site current and correct as best we can, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or always up to date. Content may change without notice.

Third-party content and links

Forms on this site are hosted by GoHighLevel. Some pages link to other websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

To the extent the law allows, Life Extraordinaire (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Fees, cancellation and refunds

This website does not currently process payments. Fees are agreed in writing before any engagement begins. Cancellation notice periods and refunds are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Complaints and disputes

Raise anything with us first at coach@life-x.co.za. We would rather fix it than argue about it. If we cannot resolve it, either of us may refer the matter to an appropriate forum, including the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud where applicable.

Governing law

South African law governs these terms, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
