This policy applies to coaching services and any paid programme or material bought from Life Extraordinaire (Pty) Ltd.
Your cooling-off right
Where you buy from us as a result of direct marketing, section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act gives you five business days to cancel in writing without reason and without penalty. We refund within 15 business days of the cancellation.
Cancelling a booked session

Withdrawing from a programme
Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act allows you to cancel an advance booking, subject to a reasonable cancellation charge. For multi-session programmes we refund sessions not yet delivered, less a reasonable administration charge, and we will always tell you the amount before deducting it.
Digital material
Downloadable workbooks and guides are refundable within 7 days provided you tell us the material was not as described. Where a download has been completed we may decline a refund made without reason, as the Consumer Protection Act permits for goods disassembled or consumed.
If we cancel
If we cancel or cannot deliver, you choose: reschedule, credit, or a full refund. That is not negotiable and we will not make you ask twice.

Email coach@life-x.co.za with your name, what you bought and when. We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 15.
